When will my items be shipped?

Shipping takes up to 5 business days within Israel. Shipping outside of Israel can take up to 14 business days. 

Can I get free shipping? How about pick ups? 

Free shipping is possible for orders above 300 NIS on business days. Pick ups are possible, please rearrange it before.

Can I cancel my order? 

You may cancel the order within 14 days. You'll get 95% refund for this cancellation.

"Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa"a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981."

What if I want to exchange my order?

If the product hasn't been used and you'd like to replace it, then a replacement is possible. Drop us a message and we'll be happy to exchange it for you! 

Are taxes included in my order total?

Taxes are pre-calculated and included at the checkout. If you have any other questions around taxes, let us know.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in the world! Shipping costs can be up to $10. 

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Based on the gravity of the situation, we can discuss an arrangement to refund your product.
